However, we cannot make sure we know the real identities of all players on the website. Thus, if you need a real name verification, there are two ways: 1. You can contact us through any social media (or through a friend who knows us), and we will help with your verification. 2. You can also print out (or write) a description with the following information: (1) your user ID, (2) your real name, (3) the country and city you live, (4) a handwritten signature (important!!!).
